The compressor valve plate is used for suction and exhaust, and its working principle is to generate suction and exhaust by the piston starting up and down. The piston is used for suction downwards and for exhaust upwards. The suction is to suck the external gas into the piston, which is compressed by the piston and then discharged into the air storage cylinder. This process, combined with high-speed operation, generates pressure.

With the improvement of sealing performance, the power consumption and temperature rise of the compressor decrease synchronously. Compared with metal valve plates, compressors using PEEK valve plates can reduce energy consumption by 5% -10%.

The long-term use temperature of PEEK is 250 ℃, and the normal working temperature of the valve can reach over 200 ℃. The working pressure difference of the valve plate can reach over 15MPa.

PEEK valve discs have low density and light weight compared to the same volume. When the reciprocating compressor is in operation, the impact force is reduced, resulting in reduced fatigue damage and extended valve life, with a service life of up to 6000 hours. Strong corrosion resistance, able to absorb some impact energy and reduce noise.

At working temperature, the PEEK valve plate has a self adjusting function on the sealing surface, which can automatically adjust the shape of the contact surface within 24 hours, making the sealing effect better and achieving high compression efficiency of the compressor in a short period of time.
