Languang strictly monitor and control the manufacturing process and seek zero defects to deliver continuous improvement. We understand valves are different from normal stamping parts because of the surface finish and operation environment of valves, so we keep an close eye on the quality control on pressing and polishing, which are the key to fatigue resistance.
2.The development of precision mould design and the new barrel finishing process significantly improved the product quality and production efficiency, which makes our valves have better die cut section and round corner quality, and higher surface compressive stress, and eventually better impact and fatigue resistance.
Languang design and manufacture high precision moulds for flapper valves by using internationally cetified high-quality valve steel.
